Course Description
This Live-Virtual course meets the mandatory core requirements for Texas Real Estate Professionals. Instructor Candy Cooke will cover the recent statutory and TREC Rule changes for the 2022-2023 education cycle.

Having been involved in the real estate field since 1983, Candace Cooke’s experience includes real estate research and valuation of residential and commercial properties with an emphasis in residential appraisal, the management of both residential and commercial real estate, real estate development and construction and real property tax protest arbitration. Ms. Cooke has also actively listed and sold real estate in Central Texas. Ms. Cooke previously worked for several years as a contractor with the State of Texas in the assessment of appraisal districts with regards to school district funding. Ms. Cooke is both a certified general appraiser as well as a real estate broker in the State of Texas. Ms. Cooke is now dedicating a large portion of her time to the education of both real estate agents and appraisers.[/av_textblock]
