Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and have not completed the course we will refund your enrollment fee. A course is considered complete after the last examination is taken.

Our learning platform is hosted on SkyPrep, a secure LMS that uses industry-standard encryption (including HTTPS and SSL) to protect user data in transit and at rest. Access to user information is role-based and limited to only those team members who need it to support the learning experience.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant third-party providers, and we adhere to best practices for data security, including regular audits, secure passwords, and ongoing training for staff on privacy protocols.
