Course Description

Whether you’re a newly minted agent or a seasoned broker, closing deals for high-rise condominium contracts can be tricky!

This course breaks down the forms and removes the guesswork. We’ll review the Resale Condominium Contract, New Construction Condominium Contracts, Listing Agreements, Resale Certificates, and other commonly used documents so you can approach condo transactions with clarity and confidence.

 

*Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellation must be in writing. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of class start.

If you register within 24 hours of Class Start, you will only be eligible for a transfer. This transfer credit expires 30 days after the original class date. After this 30-day period, we are unable to issue a transfer, and you will forfeit the class cost.

*CE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: The class is offered via Zoom meeting. Computer audio/video, reliable internet connection, and 100% attendance is required for CE credit. We must be able to see and hear your camera, and you are not allowed to be driving or riding in a car during class. These are state requirements for CE.

Audra is the President and Sponsoring Broker of Loves Realty. An expert in condominiums, she has extensive experience working with homeowner and property owner associations.

Audra previously served as an HOA and POA property manager overseeing more than 1,500 units, and has served on HOA boards in multiple roles, including President. She has also helped numerous clients buy and sell properties within associations and has personally owned condominiums for nearly 20 years.

Her combined experience as a broker, property manager, board member, and owner gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on condominium transactions and association governance.
