A Texas native, Audra has called the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex home for more than 40 years. After graduating from Baylor University, she began her real estate career in 2006 and quickly discovered her passion for serving others through education, mentorship, and professional guidance. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions across seven Texas counties, while also managing residential properties, including multi-unit communities.

As an instructor, Audra combines industry expertise with an engaging, practical teaching style that connects course concepts to everyday real estate situations.
