In Texas real estate, water is complex. Surface water is state-owned. Groundwater is privately owned but regulated. Wells are not automatically protected, and municipal service is not guaranteed. If you sell property in Texas, you need to understand water.

If you register within 24 hours of Class Start, you will only be eligible for a transfer. This transfer credit expires 30 days after the original class date. After this 30 day period, we are unable to issue a transfer, and you will forfeit the class cost.

*CE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: The class is offered via Zoom Meeting. Computer audio/video, reliable internet connection, and 100% attendance are required for CE credit. We must be able to see and hear your camera, and you are not allowed to be driving or riding in a car during class. These are state requirements for CE.

Meagan Campion has been in the real estate industry since 2007, after graduating from Texas A&M University, and is now a Broker focused on residential and farm and ranch real estate in Central Texas. Her work as a landman in Texas since 2010 gives her a unique perspective on the real estate industry. Meagan believes in giving back to the industry and has served on multiple committees through REBI since 2019 and the Texas Realtors Professional Development Committee 2023-present. Her passion for education and knowledge and her 15+ years of real-world experience have given her a plethora of information to share with anyone who takes her classes.
