Ginger has many years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, commercial development, and market and financial analysis for investment properties, and she has also consulted with commercial real estate attorneys.Before she became a company owner, Ginger worked in the family’s construction business, developing residential and commercial properties such as townhomes, shopping centers, office parks, industrial warehouses, and hotels. In 2007, Ginger received the CCIM designation, which requires advanced study in financial and market analysis and extensive experience in the real estate field.
