Course Description
This course by Ginger Unger, CCIM is designed for residential agents or new commercial agents seeking to understand commercial property transactions and sales. Ginger will review the commercial sales contract paragraph by paragraph and discuss the reasons for using a Texas Realtors’ contract versus an attorney-drafted contract when representing clients.

As owner of multiple investment properties, she brings practical, hands-on experience to her investment holdings practice. Ginger has many years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, commercial development, and market and financial analysis for investment properties and has also served as consultant to commercial real estate attorneys.Before she became a company owner, Ginger worked in the family’s construction business, developing residential and commercial properties such as townhomes, shopping centers, office parks, industrial warehouses, and hotels. In 2007, Ginger received the CCIM designation, which requires advanced study in financial and market analysis and extensive experience in the real estate field.
Ginger has authored and taught numerous classes on commercial and residential real estate to Texas agents, brokers, underwriters, and investors. She holds REEA’s Gold Standard Instructor Designation and the CREI certification.[/av_textblock]
