Course Description
This course explores the history and rapid growth of homeowners’ associations (HOAs) in Texas and throughout the U.S.
We’ll talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly, focusing on Texas Property Codes 202, 204, and 209. We’ll also cover reforms to HOAs passed in the 87th Texas Legislative session, contract pitfalls to avoid, and ways to benefit your clients on either side of the transaction.
