Breaking into the commercial real estate industry can be daunting, even for agents and brokers with lots of residential real estate experience. What are the biggest differences between residential and commercial real estate? What are the educational requirements for entering that market, and what expenses are you likely to incur? And how tough is it to compete with seasoned agents and brokers in the commercial space?
This course will introduce the tools and skills you’ll need to competently represent commercial buyers, tenants, and sellers.
